ROPA Advisory provides Power BI consulting:

  • Dashboard design and automation.
  • Data modeling and performance optimization.
  • Training and knowledge transfer.
  • Advisory on BI strategy and governance.

We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

2. Engagement

  • Services are delivered based on agreed scope, timelines, and fees outlined in a proposal or contract.
  • Modifications to scope require mutual agreement and may affect timelines or fees.

3.Confidentiality

‍

We handle all client data under strict confidentiality agreements. Both parties agree to safeguard sensitive information and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties.

4.Intellectual Property

  • Custom-built dashboards, models, and reports belong to the client once payment is complete.
  • Pre-built templates, methodologies, or frameworks remain the intellectual property of ROPA Advisory.

5. Compliance

‍

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of data complies with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, POPIA, NDPR). ROPA Advisory ensures our services follow industry best practices and compliance where required.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We deliver solutions with precision and care but cannot guarantee outcomes dependent on external data quality, third-party platforms, or client-side implementation.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the service in question.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules are outlined in each contract.
  • Late payments may incur fees or suspension of services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if obligations are not met. All outstanding payments remain due upon termination.

9. Governing Law

‍
